Decatur, AL— Terrance Adkins, a committed community advocate and lifelong resident of Decatur’s District 1, officially announces his candidacy for Decatur City Council. With a strong passion for service and a clear vision for a safer, more prosperous, and more inclusive community, Adkins is stepping forward to represent the voices of residents who have too often been overlooked.
